In any case, Walmart has plenty of the 40¢ per pound turkeys. Apparently they are getting new shipments in daily. I got a couple of whopping big 20 pounders! Just barely had room in the freezer. (I tend to have that problem.)

Wine Labels

I’ve finally made the labels for my first batch of wine. I’ll be sampling it on Wednesday. That will have been 30 days after bottling, though it’s supposed to best after 3 months.

Anyway, since it’s an Australian Shiraz, I figured what better to put on the bottle than my Australian Cattle Dog: Opal.
