Notes for Jane Marie SEMPRICH
Jane was born in Cleveland Ohio to John and Mary (Prybilski) Semprich. When she was four years old she came to live with the John and Sarah Fitz family on their farm on St. Rt. 6, Sandusky, Ohio. She atteded Venice school and was a 1934 graduate of Margaretta High School. After graduation she worked in Sandusky, first as a housekeeper and then worked for a time at the old American Crayon Co.
Jane married Morris "Bus" Nims on January 27, 1938 at the St. Mary's Rectory by Rev. D.J. Dobmeyer.She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Clyde.
She and Bus were lifelong farmers in the Bellevue and CLyde areas. Jane raised chickens and sold eggs for many years while they were farming.
When Bus died on Aug. 27, 1993, she continued to live on their farm, but by then she was more or less in retirements. As her health started to decline she moved to assisted living and then to Providence Care Center.
Jane is survived by numerous nieces and nephews of her two brothers, Anthony Semprich and Charles Semprich and her dear friends, the Bob and Rita Steinbauer family of Clyde and other friends in CLyde; and the Braun and Fitz Families in Sandusky, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by Bus, her parents, her brothers and an infant brother.
