may have been the father of Roy DeLoy who was born in Brooklyn and died in Tom's River, NJ on 6/4/05.  Roy had several children...Frank (another one), Douglas, Lea, and Cheryl (Pantano)..along with what appears to be two step children, Teresa Spina and John Spina.17
