Beer Making

I’m a bit ambivalent about my beer making results on the first go-round. I’m just not sure how I feel about it. That’s not to say I’m not DRINKING it… Then again, I didn’t have clear expectations. In any case, every now and then my taste buds are totally out of whack and nothing tastes right to me… a week later everything is fine again. Will be trying another bottle just after clicking the “publish” button. So, I’m looking at a few digital beer-making lessons: Beer Making Secrets, which is an ebook, and BeerEasy.com’s Video Training Series.
